The learning objectives of Module 5 – Intercultural Relations are the following:

• The learner will develop a better understanding of the cultural dimensions of Lithuanian workplace.
• The learner will become aware of her/his rights and relevant legislation in the context of diversity and equality in the labour market.
• Familiarize TCN women with the working environment and culture of Lithuania.
• Develop skills and knowledge on how to expand the network in Lithuania.
• Increase awareness on the ways of networking and how it can help for better labour integration.
