The learning objectives of Module 5 – Intercultural Relations are as follows:​

• To develop a better understanding of the cultural context of Martinique, including values and traditions, with the aim of enabling social inclusion​
• To develop knowledge and to become aware of specific cultural dimensions characterising the Martinican labour market​
• To develop skills and knowledge to expand networks in Martinique
• To develop interpersonal skills and to become more confident in initiating networking opportunities​
• To increase awareness on where to find assistance as a migrant woman on the island
• To get TCN women acquainted with the working environment in Martinique
