The learning objectives of Module 5 – Intercultural Relations are the following:

• The learner will develop a better understanding of the cultural context of Cyprus, including values and traditions, with the aim to enable her social inclusion
• Develop the knowledge and become aware about specific cultural dimensions characterising the Cypriot labour market
• Develop skills and knowledge to expand her network in Cyprus, to develop her interpersonal skills and become more confident in initiating networking opportunities
• Increase awareness on how intercultural communication can help for better social and labour integration
• Develop skills for life and work and provide TCN women with information enhancing understanding of the social constructions of Cyprus
• Familiarize TCN women with the working environment of Cyprus
• Present effective ways and behavioural rules of intercultural communication in Cyprus
