The learning objectives of Module 4 – Local planning and strategy development are the following:

1. Cover in detail the specific legal framework of being employed in Romania when being a TCN.
2. Cover the legal framework for different TCN categories (recognized refugees, asylum seekers, international protection holders).
3. The learner will be able to identify information on permits and requirements for working in Romania.
4. The learner will be aware of the taxation system in Romania.
5. The learner will know how to identify and report labour exploitation.
