Welcome to the Module 4: Legal Framework of Employment in Italy!

This module is dedicated to acquiring basic knowledge of Italian labour and tax law and the necessary requirements a third country national needs for working in Italy. Unfortunately, the phenomenon of labour exploitation is still widespread in the country, so the first unit will also deal with this issue by specifying what tools are available in the Italian legal system, and how to report abuses.

Moreover, the second unit is focused on learning more about the types of employment contracts in the Italian system and some tips for successfully looking for a job in Italy.
