The learning objectives of Module 4: Legal framework of employment in Cyprus are the following:

• It will increase awareness of existing legal standards and good practices related to migrant integration in the labour market for women TCNs.
• It will boost the confidence, self-esteem and motivation of TCN women to enter the labour market.
• It will develop TCN women’s competences so that they can promote professional inclusion
